Arrive at your leisure and take in the views of the Essex countryside as you make your way to our comfy Spa Lounge before your treatment begins. Consultation

Once you have checked in you will be given a consultation and be asked to complete a registration form and discuss any personal or medical concerns. This information is then provided to your therapist to ensure that the spa treatment is tailored to your specific requirements. Your therapist will also offer relevant home care advice to enable you to deliver long term benefits to your body. For your comfort, you’ll also receive a white robe and slippers to use during your time with us.

RESORT EXPERIENCE

Arrive at The Spa at least an hour prior to your treatment to explore the pre-treatment experiences and make full use of the facilities on offer at the Resort. Your Spa Day at Crowne Plaza Resort Colchester - Five Lakes includes full use of the swimming pool, sauna, steam room and spa bath as well as access to our sports facilities and stunning Brasserie 1 & Catch 22 restaurants.

The Relaxation Lounge

The calming relaxation lounge allows you to rest your body and senses pre and post treatment. Choose either a reclining bed or four poster bed and listen to our calming soundtrack which will help relax or gently revive you in your own time.
