Brasserie 1, awarded an AA Rosette for culinary excellence in 2011/12, is a light and airy restaurant with an informal and relaxed atmosphere. Open everyday for breakfast, lunch and dinner, the menu features international cuisine with a distinctively British twist. Brasserie 1 offers a selection of familiar dishes including classic British ‘comfort food’ favourites such as cod and chips, 21 day dry aged steaks, a selection of grill and seafood dishes and a range of lighter healthy options. The spacious dining area has a raised section at the rear of the restaurant that is ideal area for private groups or parties.  Service is attentive, delivered in a warm and sophisticated atmosphere.

Catch 22, an exclusive fine dining restaurant offering an imaginative selection of fish and seafood dishes. Catch 22 sources delicious local seafood from the nearby traditional fishing village of Maldon, lovingly prepared by our Executive Head Chef James Parsons. The Catch 22 lounge provides an informal and relaxed atmosphere during the day with a range of light snacks and beverages including  wines, champagnes & speciality coffee. In the evening, Catch 22 transforms into an exclusive fine dining restaurant. Bar Lacu, a light, airy and modern cocktail bar offering a selection of beers, wines, spirits and classic cocktails.

Gourmet sandwiches and salads are available throughout the day as well as a selection of  classic favourites such as chicken caesar, club sandwich and tapas plates. You can also enjoy a tea or coffee and a range of quality snacks and cakes.

The bar has a relaxed atmosphere with table service extending to an al fresco area during summer months, via doors to the rear of the bar area.

Our Sports Bar is situated in the leisure area of the resort and offers breakfast, snacks and hot meals as well as a fully stocked bar. It is the perfect place to meet for a relaxed dining experience during your stay.  After 18 holes of golf or an intensive workout in the gym the sports bar is the ideal place to grab a quick snack and refreshing drink.

There are large LCD screens showing all of the main sporting events throughout 2012 with plenty of comfy seating and a fully stocked bar.
