Crowne Plaza Resort Colchester - Five Lakes has 18 flexible conference and function rooms suitable for a range of events from an interview for two people to a meeting for 4,000 delegates. Located in close proximity to the resort's atrium, the main meeting and conference facilities all benefit from natural daylight and air conditioning. The Mersea Suite (splits into Mersea 1, 2, 3)- Located on the ground floor of the resort with its own bar & terrace and fantastic scenery, this suite caters for up to 400 guests theatre style. Designed for flexibility, the suite can be sub-divided into three rooms; Mersea 1-3. Each can hold a maximum of 100 delegates theatre style. The Rushley Suite (splits into Rushley 1, 2, Executive Boardroom)- This light and elegant suite can cater for up to 100 guests and has the option of sub-dividing into 3 smaller rooms for up to 30 delegates, often used as private dining suites. The Wallasea Suite (splits into Wallasea 1 & 2)- Wallasea is located on the lower ground floor of the resort and can cater for up to 160 delegates theatre style. This private suite offers a grand size bar and is tucked away conveniently for those clients who do not wish to be disturbed. Designed for flexibility, the Wallasea Suite can be divided by a partition wall into two rooms, Wallasea 1 & 2. The Ramsey Suite (splits into Ramsey 1, 2 & 3) - These rooms are adjacent to Rushley 1 and are suitable for small conferences and meetings. All three rooms benefit from natural lighting. The Northey Suite (splits into Northey 1 & 2) & The Osea Suite (splits into Osea 1 & 2) - These rooms offer a relaxed and informal environment, ideal for break-out rooms or small meetings. The Arena- A unique venue. A blank canvas 3500m² indoor arena ideal for exhibitions, product launches, dinner dances, weddings and team building days. The arena can accommodate up to 4000 delegates or be sub-divided into 3 smaller areas.
